Curtis exemplifies great customer service. He is professional/knowledgeable, works quickly and communicates with you. I appreciate that he never gives an excuse for not letting me know when he will arrive. This is important to me since I have dogs that I need to secure.

Issac deserves all 5 stars. He was patient, professional, shared useful information about our appliances, respectful and did not rush. If we were able to continue having a Sears Maintenance agreement after April 2024 for all 6 of our appliances I would request for him to do the annual maintenance checkup. However I am not going to deal with the frustration from dealing with all the rest of the Sears procedures that occurred this year in trying to set up these annual maintenance appointments. I don't believe it will be any easier or less frustrating with any other Sears contract.
