Outstanding Service
Very helpful. Explained the mechanism of how my washer broke and gave good advice on how to avoid future issues. Explained benefits of the warranty program. Also offered to check on my dryer unit.

Tara did a great job, just as he did on another call for us over a year ago. The dryer now works perfectly! However, the process of making this appt was very frustrating and time-consuming.. When I requested the appt online three weeks ago, I received a msg that it would take 2 days to locate a technician in my area. I called back 3 days later, after hearing nothing, and was told the service request hadn't even been sent to A&E, but they would "escalate" the request by sending it! (Absolutely nothing had been done when I initially requested service!) The next msg I received referred to my appliance (regular dryer, for which I had given the correct part number) as a "stacked washer/dryer". There was NO way to change the description online and no way to contact A&E by phone, so I again called the number on my protection plan. The person who answered CANCELLED the appt and suggested I make another one, after which the line went dead. I called again, spoke with someone else, who was able to schedule the same date, however the appliance description was again wrong. The person I spoke with said be would send a msg to A&E with the correct appliance type. Fortunately, when the service tech arrived, he had replacement parts for the correct dryer and fixed it that day.

Jonathan is an exceptional individual, professional, and a good representative for his company. This service call was a bit tense, as the unit is not covered by contract, the homeowner thought it was. Jonathan checked with his office to make sure and provided as positive feedback as he could due to the situation. His calmness made the situation stay smooth.
