Great Service
The service provided by our repair technician, Neal, was exemplary. He has been to our home several times to work on different appliances and has always done a fantastic job. He is courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about everything he works on. Nobody likes to have an appliance not working but it is a pleasure and a relief to know that I will get prompt and excellent service from Neal and Sears Home Services.

I had no issue with Edward; my issue is with online communication. It was a frustrating system that allowed me no way to ask questions. I had issues with appointments and timing of appointments. It all worked out and Edward came through and followed up to complete the job on my Maytag Washer.
