This is not saying anything about Mark because he explained it just fine. If I have a home warranty plan why would I pay for services, and this was not clear on the app. You wasted his time and mine.

Rocky was on time, and knew exactly what needed to be done. He had the job done, considerably quicker than expected. We are back to washing clothes at home, again.
