Paul was fantastic. His technical knowledge was stellar, he made sure his work area wasn't cluttered, he kept the area clean, and was / is a very curteous customer-facing service engineer. Upon completion he gave me a few tips about the refrigerator, which I appreciated very much. In a nutshell I give Paul the highest recommendation as a service technician and as a customer service oriented person.

I had been trying to get my insurance company to locate a tech. to come look at my washer. A week and half later they tell me they cant find anyone. I called Sears and they had a tech there the same day. He was a really nice man and found the problem.

Called before arriving. Met Bryan in driveway. Showed him the washer. He went to work. Put the machine through short cycle. It was worked. Nothing. He thoroughly explained everything. I bid him farewell. Hoping the next time we met it would be under different circumstances. For an 80 year old, he made a difficult time more pleasant.

My 7 year old daughter greeted Lawrence with me at the door. As I put the dog outside my daughter asked if she could show Lawrence to the washroom and the problematic dryer. After she pointing out to him which one was the dryer he thanked her and asked me a couple more questions about the issue we were having. He checked it out and confirmed what the problem was. He checked the serial number and had the replacement part with him in his truck. Fixed it right away and it is working fantastic.
