Julian arrived at the time promised during his confirmation call. He was considerate of the fact that I was working from home during his visit. He promptly diagnosed the issue with our dryer and offered an additional service that was needed. The repair was completed way quicker than I expected and he was in and out in no time so that I could get back to my regular routine.
