Walter phoned me shortly after eight and advised me that he was on his way. Once he arrived at our home and I greeted him at the door, I impressed with his business like demeanor and professionalism. He started immediately in servicing our dryer and it was very obvious that Walt knew his way around our appliances. Walt's attitude was pleasant and friendly and when I call for further service I will certainly ask for Walt as my technician. Walter is certainly a wonderful ambassador for your organization.
