Diagnosis on refrigerator
Ransford was patient until he figured out the issue. He also made me comfortable in my home by wearing his mask 😷 the entire time he was here.

I explained all the different issues we were having with our refrigerator and he did a diagnosis and let us know what he found. Because our refrigerator is an RV the company can't remove it to do repairs. He provided a detailed analysis and a quote for parts and labor. We would have to coordinate with the RV parks maintenance team to pull the fridge out and coordinate with the appliance tach for repairs. We have some scheduling to do before moving forward

I have had 3 previous Sears techs come out since May. The first one replaced the icemaker (no ice); the second said, "oh, the first tech forgot to push this lever down" (no ice). The third said that a part was needed. Waited TWO months for the fourth tech. Kudos to Jon who did thorough testing and determined that the part was not needed and he fixed the water flow issue. I finally have ice! BUT it is coming out of the dispenser very slowly. Can the technician please return to check that out?
