Repair was completed quickly
I was very pleased with the job that was completed by Dustin. It was very frustrating that it took almost 2 months to get my dishwasher repaired, but he did a good job

This Maytag that l bought from Sears thinking it would be dependable. Within the first year l started having problems and they just go on and on. The fist two issue took weeks to resolve! It has gotten better but l am done with Maytag!

We recognized the problem on Saturday morning (9/16/2023). Since we had extended warranty we contacted A&E Services. They said that they could come to us on Monday, 9/18/2023 (today). Augustine A. was our technician and he arrived about 1:30 pm. He quickly diagnosed and then fixed the problem. I was very impressed by Augustine and will ask for him again if I need another fix.

This young man was both personable and very knowledgeable in the work he provided for us today. He went above the norm for someone who is to service an annual maintenance appliance job. He found and ordered a new sensor that will work with our microwave as well as an updated piece to replace in our Maytag washer. I would recommend this service tech to anyone and am requesting that he be assigned as a permanent tech for our appliances (if that is possible). Good job!
