Bennie was timely, polite, knowledgeable, nice and completed the repair quickly. However, I will never use Sears for a repair again. Their repair time was said to be done in one day. It took 1 month. It's almost impossible to talk to a live person. They tell you how long it will take after they already have your money.

Andy knew what he was doing. Showed us the part that was missing 1/2 of itself. He even came back and fixed a clamp to the dryer hose along with a hole he found in the dryer hose. He also brought up this huge heavy package that we couldn't carry up our stairs. BONUS! He even gave our new puppy treats. Such a nice guy. Would reccomend A&E always!

He was very knowledgeable, and very professional knew what he was doing I was given a courtesy call. He explained everything from beginning to end I feel very comfortable. We need more people like him to come out on the service calls and I had one guy name Kenny which I find out later name was Kenneth that was very rude. That can really make business bad for you guys but Shawn is great I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a repair.
