Arnold went above and beyond his repair appointment. Sears Home Aervies gave me the run around and rescheduled me twice and tried to reschedule me a third time! Arnold called his technician schedule advisor and was able to get my dryer fixed after almost 3 weeks without one! Thank you Arnold!!! You're a lifesaver!!!

I was having problems with technicians Trying to trouble shoot and fix a leak in dishwasher. Previous tech had fixed leak for a while, then it started leaking again only worse. Water had also soaked into door insulation. He knew were to look even though it was in a hidden area

Very Personable. Very professional. Immediately found the problem and ordered parts. We were so happy that it was Daniel who came out once the parts arrived. He fixed it quickly and then put the washer back and straightened the room. Very nice to talk with too.
