Rodney was GREAT! He came on time and fully explained everything in detail. He stayed and made sure the washing machine was working properly and he even discovered that the water hose lines were incorrectly connected to the wrong water temperature which would have caused more problems down the line! Overall a great experience if only Rodney had been assigned to my service ticket back on August 11 when the ticket was first opened we still wouldn't be dealing with the issue over a month later. Finally our washer is fixed! Thank You Rodney!!!
