The whole process was seamless and I was constantly updated on my status for service on my refrigerator. Ram was professional and made sure he understood what the issues were. He explained what was happening and what was needed to fix the problem. If it wasn't for the parts delay, my refrigerator would have been fixed a lot soon. Highly recommend!

I wish your company would not have called me at three o'clock leaving a message that he was on the way. He arrived 245 later. Please help your customers by giving them better notice. I was tracking his location but you called and said he was on the way!
