We may have got lucky or Bob is just that good! I'm leaning towards the latter. Had the part on hand when he showed up to take a look at our washer and fixed within the hour! Very professional and polite while at our house! We were fortunate to be under extended service with our purchase but this would have been the route to go even if we weren't! Thank you Bob!
