Service Technician Ralph
Ralph was here 4 hours on Monday, December 15, 2025. He went and put the belt on the dryer and door. Still would not work. He took the dryer apart and went through everything that had previously been replaced with new parts. I felt bad for Ralph having to take the dryer apart again and go over everything that he could do. He deserves a 5 Star for his expertise and time to try to fix the dryer. But he could not fix the problem.

Rhyen was great solving our issue with the Maytag dryer. He was very personable and shared in depth understanding of our appliance offering sound suggestions. We will ask for him specifically should we have future issues with our appliances.
