The dryer was fixed in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the way the dryer is working. He had a great personality and was very courteous. The only thing was the dryer vent going to the outside was not hooked up.

Thomas provided good service. My only complaint is actually for the company not the employee. Provide a more accurate time frame of arrival. 8 hours is the worst I have seen from providers like Sears. At the very least provide a 4 hour window like most companies.

We Had to wait for part delivery and he was the 2nd tech. He was within the window promised. He verified what needed to be done and communicated with the first tech that they were in agreement about problem and solution. Communicated each step with me. Took care of it, verified fix. Told me about the hose that needed replaced that is not part of the repair job since it was not part of the washer. I changed the hose. Saving us from a mess later on. Well done
