Excellent service with expertise and professionalism.
Shawn P provided excellent service during both of his service appointments in our home. He was friendly, efficient, professional and did an excellent job. I also appreciated his communication prior to the appointment about his arrival time and his ability to explain what was wrong with my appliance in a manner that allowed a customer without the expertise he had to understand what was fixed.

Alessandro was professional, polite and patient. He diagnosed the problem with our dryer and did a tune-up on the washer. He explained the procedure needing to be done on the dryer and patiently waited while I tried to confer with my husband. My experience was very good!

Robert has been so great. He fixed my refrigerator and it works great! He tried to fix my dish washer but realized the parts exceeded the cost allowable for repair. Still he connected with my home warranty plan and made sure they understood the dilemma. He arrived on time and is very kind and efficient, I love my wall oven, it is old but very beautiful and retro. I really wanted to save it but as hard as he worked to find the parts it could not be done. But I appreciate all his efforts. He gave it a real effort!
