Quick and polite.
Problem fixed real quick. Rubin was also very nice and polite. I would definitely have him fix my dryer again.

App did not work well to describe problem. No free text allowed and problem not in choices given. Given that, repairman communicated well for arrival time. Work done in timely manor. I would think that labor charge would be based on labor time...which was under 30 minutes.

Jon phoned ahead and told me he was on his way. I was amazed at how nice he was to me. He checked the oven/range over and found the problem within 10 minutes. However, part is unavailable. He also gave me a list of new brands to replace the oven/range. He is very courteous. He is also a joy to work with. I am very impressed with Jon and hope I will see him again--but not too soon!
