When Martin arrived, he immediately got to work & got the new part installed. Unfortunately, the housing attached to the new water manifold was damaged during shipping. Marting simply removed the new manifold from the damaged housing & replaced it with the original housing. The only issue I had with the repair was not due to the technician, but with the company. A service window of 9 hours is ridiculous, especially when other companies give you a 4 hour window & some even will narrow that down to 2 hours the day before or the day of. It is difficult enough to rearrange your day around a 4 hour window, but an 8 hour window is horrible. Hire additional technicians!
