Ronsld wss great
Ronald was awesome he came in an knew exactly what to do and got my washer fixed. I havent had a washer in 4 weeks waiting on parts and repairs Due to the prevous tech not knowing what he was doing.The tech before ronald(came out 3 or4 times)and said the wrong parts had come in each time and said my machine couldnt be repaired and didnt know what he was doing., he ended up ordering parts we didnt need which caused a big delay in my washer getting fixed. Ronald found the parts that were order the 1st week 8/29/23(the correct ones that the other tech had already looked and said they were the wrong ones) and realized they were the correct ones needed and got it fixed immediatley. He was very knowledgeable and polite. So glad after 4 weeks i got a tech. Ronald that knew his job well.
