Justine is an excellent technician who works diligently to diagnose the issue correctly and then provides stellar customer service in conducting repairs. Given the frustration many clients experience when calling into the center attempting to speak with a live person for assistance and getting nowhere, it is refreshing to have repair technicians like Justine working for the benefit of the customer. He is a credit to the Sears Home Service program as one of its in-the-field representatives. You're lucky to have him.
