Your rating service is irrelevant. The problem is with the way the system is run, not with the technician. Parts should be sent by priority mail, not by UPS ground. Scheduling should be done by your local providers, not someone on a remote island somewhere. You should be able to give us a 4-hour window for repairs, not ALL day. Last week's appt. was canceled at 4 pm. It took over 3 weeks to get my washer back in service.
