all he needed was the parts
not good...the first service call 8/24/23 reveiled a bad control board. the board did not get ordered until September 22 and mailed to my address on 09/27 not expedited mail. I spent a total of 2 and half hours on the phone to get to install on 9/28 today. In the meantime i have no dryer for almost 6 weeks. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! Sears is not the only outfit that provides home warranty service. Plus Sears went up on my premiums and service call payment. I'll be checking other avenues in the near future.

The washing machine was fixed. A service guy came out and diagnosed what parts it needed. As soon as the parts showed up at my door another service guy installed them. All better now.
