My grandchildren are here, and that is NOT when I need my washer out of commission. Eli was on time and promptly diagnosed the problem. (I had messed up the timer by holding the button in too long.) The technician is a total professional, and so nice. In no time, I was washing the kids' clothes, especially those smelly junior high sneakers. Eli truly saved the day.
