Conrad went above and beyond to repair our fridge. I didn't realize what was needed otherwise I would've prepped to make his job easier. Rather than complaining or leaving until the fridge was ready to be repaired, he took care of everything from start to finish. Hes a great tech. Unique these days to deal w someone so helpful and thorough. I'm grateful.
