Despite not being 100% sure what was causing the loud rattling issue with my dryer, after taking it apart, Isreal prioritized service over anything else. Rather than charge me for new parts and just guessing at the issue, he cleaned the inside of the dryer of lint build up and showed me how everything was working fine. After putting the dryer back together it ran quieter than I've ever heard it. Isreal was kind, personable, and wouldn't let me lift a finger to help him. He was great!

Willie did a great job of indentfing a possible sifion issue with our dishwasher. After adjusting the drain tube to a more suitable angle the dishwasher seems to be working again...very pleased with his help today.
