I know the name of the first technician who was John and he was beyond helpful. I didn't get the name of the second technician but he was the same technician that came to our house a while back to fix our refrigerator and he was as great this time as he was that time.

Sears Home Services was supposed to repair my washer on a Friday between 1 and 5 pm. No one showed. No one called. I had to find an ingenious way to contact them the following Monday so as to avoid the tedious automated answering menu. (NOTE: no one from Sears tried to contact me.) Many apologies later, appointment was rescheduled for the following day. Allen showed up in a timely manner and successfully replaced the broken part. But that no-show, no-call experience was frustrating and disappointing to me.

Both, Seth (Oct. 6) and Chuck (Sept. 28 for which i did not get a survey) are great people and technicians. knowledgeable and friendly. Your automated telephone systems are aweful and so is your website bot. No way to talk to a live person. nobody recognized my info that the part had come in Oct. and we could have kept the first install date Oct. 4. Terrible terrible systems. I was almost ready to cancel the repair and the warranty agreement. you may want to go through these systems yourself to better understand what i mean.
