Well your guy was a very professional guy and he new his job. Even though y'all's prices are ridiculous for what he did. There was nothing wrong with the washing machine. My roommate didn't put a full load in it and it tipped over and two of the legs came off so all he did was tip it on the side and put two metal legs back on it and y'all charged we over $300 for a 15 minute job so we will never ever ever use your service again. But your employee did a decent job. I mean if I didn't have this neuropathy and if my roommate was convalescing from heart surgery. We would have went another route. But how do I lodge a formal complaint because I feel that y'all ripped me off. So I will never promote your business
