The technician was on time, pleasant and knowledgeable. Since there was no power he figured it had to be the breaker. He checked it and it had been turned off. He showed me which one it was. The dryer worked perfect.

Donovan is a talented and skilled profesional. He came to repair my Maytag Dishwasher and Frigidaire Dryer. He was courteous, friendly and his diagnostic skills second to none. Following his assessment of the equipment he counseled me on the avenues I could take for repair and specifically showed me the problems and nature of the appliance breakdown. All service technicians should be this good. If you get Donovan as a Sears Home Services repair person you won the lottery.

Doug was awesome. Got his call at 7:30,he was here just before 8, tore the machine apart, replaced everything, Put everything back together, cleaned everything up, out of here by 9. He's old school, been doing this for awhile and is really, really good. In fact, if we need anything else fixed, he's the only guy I want you to send. 5 Stars!!
