Bob was on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. Given that our washing machine is only three years old, the part that needs replaced is surprising, so we haven't made a final decision on whether to fix it or replace it. Bob shared all our options, which we very much appreciated! We'll definitely contact Bob again if we decide to fix the machine. I would highly recommend Bob to others!
