A day later than scheduled but the technician was great. However, back to the day late thing; I'm not sure who schedules the technicians but it is very obvious they are out of touch with reality. It's hard to be angry, after the technician knew his stuff, but when you use 12 hours of PTO and then they don't show it's definitely poorly managed.
