Came earlier than expected and very nice. He did a thorough inspection, got some good tips on keeping my washer going. Highly recommend

You are very lucky to have Robert in your employment. I had been working on getting an appliance fixed, which took two months of phone calls to Sears. Nothing was accomplished. Robert sent one email and within 10 minutes, I had a result. He's very good at what he does and very knowledgeable. He's a keeper.
