Josiah is a very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable technician. He arrived as scheduled and went right to work. After his trouble shooting of the refrigerator, he found a bad compressor. However, the part was not in stock and he had to order it. He informed me that it would be about a week before it arrives. I hope he returns to install the part!

Gordon did a great job fixing our dryer! He fixed it in 15 minutes replacing the dryer rollers. Would definitely recommend Gordon to anybody needing an appliance repair.
