We were glad to have Isadore to fix the kitchen stoves' piolet that made noises. He was neat and pleasant to be around, and very knowledgeable of the stove and its problem.

Previous tech ordered parts which didn't even go to the dishwasher, didn't bother to examine the dishwasher, and said he couldn't find the pump.... it was on sears official website. Jordan however was respectful and professional. Alas since it took over a month for the previous tech to look on sears website to find the pump, (i have screenshots showing it in stock)I had to get the dishwasher fixed by another company.
