Technician was great and easily found and fixed the problem
Technician was great but getting someone to finally get here was horrible I was rescheduled four times and received no answer from any human just an automated voice that gave me no help just kept rescheduling me Again the technician was great and easily fixed the problem but the company needs to have a better way to communicate with the customer
