My washer machine.
Professional service. The length of the repair was excessive longer. My understanding this issue belong to the Home Warranty.

The 2 service technicians that have come to our home Bryan and Lemon were excellent, pleasent, understanding, very professional, but customer service from the stand point of scheduling is very lacking ( it sucks)

James has been our service tech several times now. We are always excited when he is our tech. He is professional and friendly. He always gets the repair right the first time. He asks questions and listens to what is going on, our concerns. Today he was training a new worker he was doing an excellent job. She couldn't have any better trainer in mentor.

The service was great but getting an appointment was a nightmare. Called in August got an appointment for September. Was rescheduled so did not get an appointment until October. Originally was for the 24 th but got pushed up a week and received service on the 17th

Both of the Sears repairmen (Shane/Mitch) arrived here and got right to work. I truly never thought that much was wrong until all the boxes were opened and parts laid out. I cannot say enough how very grateful we are. Excellent service and the knowledge to put it back together. Awesome!
