5!!! On time. Clean. Professional. Explained and showed me the problem with my dishwasher. Encouraged me to contact the same number if I had the same problem or additional issues and assured me, he'd be happy to come back again. What more could I ask for?!

Grace was very knowledgeable and efficient and friendly and communicative and on time. I highly recommend her. Much better than Andrew who never showed up and canceled at 4 PM on hos scheduled service day.
