Brad was knowledgeable and provided great customer service! He fixed our washer in record time! We had a very negative impression of Sears and their extended warranty for the past six days with our washer experience. A lot of communication, but no service. Stayed home two days (8a-5p) waiting for a serviceman, they cancelled on us and added us to another schedule only to be told they were not going to make it to our home. Brad exceeded our expectations after the other employees caused us great anxiety and disappointment. Brad is a very good communicator and puts the customer first.
