Refrigerator
Mustafa provided an amazing services. He gave a detailed explanation about the problem with my refrigerator and response all my questions. If I have problem with my refrigerator again, I would like Mustafa be my technician.

We have a very old, and still working well, refrigerator. Juan checked every possible way to make certain it was working to full capacity. He cleaned the coils and, as much as possible, the floor under the refrigerator. He made certain all was working well plus explaining the proper way to change and how to check to see if filaments are not the cause for the light bulbs when they go out as well as where to purchase a special paint for an area on the refrigerator which definitely needs 'sprucing up'. He took the extra step to do his job capably and extremely well. Sears is fortunate to have Juan as an employee.
