Technician Norman arrived and quickly started to work on our icemaker. He determined the issue and took action to resolve the problem in minimal time. As long-time Master Protection Agreement customers, we understand the need to change to the Sears Protect Plan. However, I found it necessary to call Home Services as attempts to schedule appointments on Sear Home Hub did not work for us. Fortunately, friendly associates were able to schedule our service appointments. Much needs to be done to improve the Sears Protect online processes!
