Magnificent Service Mike
Mike called before he arrived and once at our home, went to work installing the new parts to repair our Maytag dryer. Mike also explained what likely caused the part failure and advised us on how to avoid future problems. He cleaned the appliance thoroughly and checked to see it operated properly before leaving. Nice job!

Both technicians who performed service were professional and courteous. The only change I would appreciate is when scheduling don't use a 9 hour time spread the technician will arrive. That means as a customer you can't do anything that entire day but wait for the repair person. It could easily be a 2-3 hour time spread.
