Fred was wonderful at communicating prior to his arrival and during his visit. I am less impressed with sears scheduling in itself though. Who do you know is available 8AM-5PM working Full-Time? The scheduling is ridiculous and they can come at any time which is INCONVENIENT. Set day Set time.

Quickly identified multiple problems with our older washer. Unfortunately we couldn't fix it cheaply and will have to buy new, but clearly explained why. Also identified a bad valve that needed replaced. Appreciate the excellent service and friendly disposition!
