Although it took two repairs to eliminate the source of noise in the dryer, Robert Jones was thorough in his diagnosis and repair. On the second repair to eliminate all the noise, he found the part locally, got it, purchased it, and installed it. The repair seems to be complete, and all the noise is gone. Robert is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He is a great service technician.
