Doug has provided service to our dishwasher appliance for several years . His expertise, professionalism, and courtesy is top notch. Sears is lucky to have him. He does not cut corners which is much appreciated. Our dishwasher is running great now. We are extremely satisfied with Sears service and the ease of scheduling appointments also.

Vic did an outstanding job taking care of our clothes washer repair. He arrived promptly, immediately diagnosed our malfunction, confirmed he had the part in the van and performed the repair cleanly and to completion. In all, he was in and out in right at 30 minutes.
