Dan showed up when he said he would, same day that i called for service- evaluated our dryer, provided an estimate and explanation of the damage and repair needed, which seemed quite reasonable. He had what he needed to do the repair , promptly proceeded to do so. My dryer seems to be back on track! Very happy with service provided.

4 months to get parts and complete process. Automation calls always misdirected Transfers dropped. Like pulling teeth to speak to a live person and never an option in your menu. Tech was great but seriously considering cancellation of warranty and find another provider.

I've enjoyed doing business with Sears for many, many years. I was saddened to learn your store near me had closed. However, I was disappointed due to having so much difficulty getting a repair person to come to my home to repair my refrigerator. I called several times to be told I had to get my own local repair person . Only did I get the promise that a tech would be sent to my home when I told the girl my plans to get professional help on this matter. Thank you
