Dryer repair
Allen was knowledgeable in the repair of my dryer. Gave suggestions to keep it running well. Though the problem was beyond the scope of his duties he was able to make it work temporarily. Thank you for your courtesy and time.

The technician(s) showed up on time and immediately started evaluating my non-operative oven. They assessed the problem quickly and advised of possible options. Due to the age of our range, we opted to replace it with a new one. We appreciated having a professional opinion rather than attempting to diagnose it ourselves.
