Terrific. Aaron is excellent. He is smart , effecient, knows what to do, knows the appliance well and has good people skills. He is helpful as he explained some better understanding and uses of the settings available on the dryer.

Howard was a very pleasant repair person. Once he started his job, he kept at it until it was completed. It was a pleasant surprise to see the area was totally cleaned up before Howard left the job site. Great job!!

Our tech was punctual polite and very helpful- the machine appears not to be worth fixing as the lid locked due to rust and the diagnostics were off -and unable to determine what happened we've decided to replace it. The clothes were stuck in the washer due to locked lid for 4 days he was able to get it open and drained the washer before helping us to move it outside for disposal ( smells)
