My dryer is important to me. I liked how Dispatch worked with First American Warranty to provide a repairman today. Liked how John stepped in as Robert was tied up. Communication was key. John kept me informed. Like the email with his photo to confirm he'd be the representative. Teamwork collaborating with another tech for part so needed. Efficient and knowledgeable about gas dryers especially Maytag model. Let me vacuum behind it too. Working with A & E services always great.
