First I want to say this site did not let me check on five stars which Desmond deserves. Now, Desmond arrived on time. After I explained what was going on and he saw the ice build-up he was confident he knew what had happened. Upon getting to the inner workings he was indeed correct. He had a replacement part to replace the non working part. He steamed away all the built-up ice. He cleaned about 8 years worth of dust from under and around the back of refrigerator. Thank you Desmond ! He then cleaned out all the accumulated lint from the dryer. It no simple task. By the time he finished that, our refrigerator/freezer was properly running. If we ever need any more service I hope we get Desmond. I was so thrilled everything would be ok now, I told Desmond that if it was allowed, I would hug him out of thankfulness. Gayle Bothe :)

He diagnosed the issues with our washing machine quickly and ordered multiple parts to repair it. Once the parts arrived directly to our house, he scheduled an appointment to return for the repairs. Patrick is clearly a knowledgeable technician, and is also very polite and interacts well with the customer. We were impressed and thankful to have him repair our washer.
