Robert was very professional. Explained what was wrong and fixed it. He was very honest saying that he didn't know how long it would last. He said that he found other issues. Wasn't impressed with the first guy who came to fix it last week because he should have found what the problem was. Robert was the one who diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. The other guy just opened the parts box and said one was broken and ordered a replacement 😐
